Job Description :
? Proven technical operational skills, and capability to create and validate well-structured answers and solutions in area of responsibility
? Troubleshoot, and update security infrastructure supporting migrations, configurations.
? Configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade Palo Alto, Fortinet & Cisco Firewalls, which include network and/or resource access, software, or hardware problems
? Firewall policy (rule-base) optimization and housekeeping
? Prepare RCA, diagram of network topologies and troubleshooting process
? Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, associates, vendors,
and management
? Collaborate with other security teams
? Review and advise on identified security gaps or concerns pertaining to new infrastructure, applications, and services
? Provide documentation, training, and support for the transfer to operations of security solutions
