The HR People Partner is a strategic role of the human resources area. It acts like a single point of contact for internal customers; in this case hotel staff and help to that they can achieve their business goals; gives immediate and instant feedback on all processes, procedures, and initiatives. Lead change projects being organizational link between the illuminated area and the Room Mate Group. Acts as a mediator for employees in complicated situations and designs cross-functional training and development programs
