As a Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to oversee various aspects of our office environment, including visitor management, internal events, and employee engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reception and Visitor Management:
- Demonstrates leadership and customer service that reflects a warm, friendly, professional greeting to all employees and visitors.
- Proactively engages and introduces themselves throughout the workplace.
- Provides supervision of delivery of Employee Workplace Services, including Reception/Concierge services.
- Trains and guides workplace team in providing exceptional customer service to visitors and employees.
- Implements and maintains visitor registration and security protocols.
Process Creation and Implementation:
- Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to workplace experience playbook.
- Implement and ensure adherence to established processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and update processes to align with industry best practices.
Events & Employee Engagement Activities:
- Provides supervision of delivery of all type on internal events & activities.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes internal events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and workshops.
- Collaborates with different departments to understand event requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Manages event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and audio-visual setup.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and create a positive work environment.
- Organize regular activities, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify employee needs and tailor engagement activities accordingly.
Community Support:
- Serves as a point of contact and team representative of the Workplace Experience Team with the client and on-site service providers.
- Acts as a local expert and a gateway for employees to connect with the surrounding community.
- Builds a portfolio/network of local contacts (food, arts, culture, etc.).
- Stays abreast of news and events in the region and shares them with colleagues.
Client Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for enhancing the workplace experience.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Workplace Amenities Program:
- Develop and manage a workplace amenities program to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Identify and implement amenities that align with employee needs and preferences,
