Minimum Requirements
· High school degree and finance or any business-related course
· Proven experience of at least one year in Accounting and Administrative Assistance
· Proficiency MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
· English - Medium Level fluent

BRAY CONTROLS IBERICA, S.L. is offering an excellent working culture with real emphasis on development and support, and it is looking to source a diligent and enthusiastic finance and office assistant to join its team which main duties will include but are not limited to:
- assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- reconciling bank records
- drafting financial documents
- invoicing customers
- collecting payments.
- Office administration responsibilities. Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, lessors...etc
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like sales meetings, etc.
- General reception work
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Analytical skills are needed
- Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping
- Ability to do accounting and finance works
- Ability to use MS Office Applications
- Must have good communication skills
- Must pay attention to detail, self-organized and able to compile and organize information
- Must be proactive
Conditions:
- Immediate hiring
- Salary: ?1,700 Gross / month
- Working hours from 8.30 to 14.00 and 15.00 to 18.00 Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8.30 to 15.00.
