Civil Project Engineer (all genders) Berlin, Madrid
Salary: 50.000 - 65.000 - Your responsibilities:
-You will manage the entire civil and structural design process for utility-scale PV plants, BESS yards and Substations, ensuring compliance with regulations, client needs, and quality standards.
-You will lead the Project Engineering team, establishing best practices and optimizing civil engineering concepts such as road systems, grading, drainage, and erosion control.
-You will supervise project implementation in collaboration with the Project Team, ensuring both quality and on-time delivery.
-You will support business development efforts by engaging with clients, handling project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and supplier interactions.
-You will create, maintain, and oversee drawing packages, specifications, and technical documentation, while coordinating with external resources and consultants.
-You will foster collaboration within the operations team, actively contributing to project execution, procurement, construction management, and continuous improvement efforts in project designs, processes, and product development.
