In NRF's technical department we focus on the quality control of all products that are on the market. In addition, exhaustive analyses and tests are carried out before launching the product on the market.
In the department we encompass all product quality processes:
- product verification phase
- Periodic quality controls
- Resolution and study of product incidents.
In the department you will work with a young team of different nationalities. Our main value is teamwork and collaboration with other NRF departments.
What you will do?
- Follow up on the work to be done in a timely manner.
- Warranty analysis
- Management of the whole process of the management of warranties and returns with the customer.
- Review and control of maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
- Management of internal incidents and conformities.
- Technical support to the customer.
- Telephone assistance on relevant mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
