Assist with the daily activities and planning for outlet operation
· Ensure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methods
· Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
· Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
· Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
· To enforce and adhere to all laws related to health & hygiene, safety & environmental policies as well as company rules and regulations
· To report any health & safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all guests and colleagues
· To listen actively and respond to guest feedback as well as assess and review guest satisfaction results and trends to continuously improve and exceed guest expectations
· To help with preparations of special events when needed
