Descripción de la oferta de empleo:

We are seeking 2 Recepcionists / Office Assistants for our office located in Barcelona (morning and afternoon shifts).

Excellent communications and written (typing) skills in English and Microsoft office tools knowledge is a must.

Will be responsible for receiving and screening incoming calls, attending visitors, data entry, front office, managing courier and housekeeping providers, etc.

Minimum 2 years' experience required.

Hours: 8.30 am to 14:30 h or 13.30 am to 19.30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Gross salary: 11.750,00 ? + Bonus + 750 ? / year for training.
