Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Tracking:
· Assist in processing and managing purchase orders.
· Monitor and track the movement of inventory through the supply chain.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Management:
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
· Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize inventory levels.
· Identify and address discrepancies in inventory data.
Communication and Coordination:
· Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners.
· Communicate order status and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Data Analysis:
· Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Generate reports on key performance indicators related to supply chain activities.
· Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Process Improvement:
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes.
· Propose and implement efficiency enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
· English level C1 and or Italian B2, French
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the supply chain field.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and other supply chain management tools.
· Understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
· Certifications in supply chain management are a plus
