HR OPERATION SPECIALIST
What will be your mission?
Your mission will be to be the reference in terms of administration and HR processes, to ensure HR department efficiency and promote good service level to our internal and external clients. You will participate in other HR projects with strong impact on Employee Experience and Company Culture.
What will be your responsibilities?
HR Operation Processes
Maintain and updating employee records.
Overlook HR transactions (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, promotions or international assignments)
Work with the payroll and benefits external partners to effectively administer compensation and incentives.
Support to employee relations and best management practices.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance by creating, reviewing and updating employee policies.
HR Analytics
Assess HR tools to provide valuable information to take decisions.
Maintain and create HR KPIs.
Report conclusions and participate in building action plans.
Additionally, you will
Support on Talent Acquisition processes
Support on training and development initiatives
Support on Internal Communication strategy
Support on the Employer branding strategy
Risk Prevention Management
Collaboration in different HR projects
Collaboration in the realization of events and conventions
