Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, and Top Employer), is looking for a highly-skilled group of Business Development Representatives for one of the leading E-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with platform sellers, support them in integrating their offerings and develop ambitious goals for future growth prospects.
Achieve commercial and financial objectives and drive business growth in selected categories.
Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the implementation of these solutions.
Perform deep analysis to understand the root causes of seller's performance and actions to accelerate growth.
Work closely with category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
Requirements:
Retail and/or technology/ecommerce experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work with legal, product and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience using CRM tools.
Ideal experience with different CMS.
Creative, takes initiative and can constructively advocate on behalf of client.
Education: Bachelor, Master
Languages: native French and high level of English (C1)
Benefits:
Temporary contract, 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Base salary ?21,717 gross/annual + bonuses
Hybrid employment modality (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely)
