In this field account management role, we'll be looking for you to maximize opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue by managing business development activities with our existing agents in your territory.
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of existing accounts (agents) within your territory and increase sales from these agents.
-Monitor performance, suggest, and implement initiatives to drive same-store sales.
-Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory increasing same-store sales.
-Make regular visits to high-performing locations, identify and address issues within the current network.
-Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within the territory.
-Work with your colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit Risk Management, and Marketing to ensure the best service to your territory.
