We are looking for a skilled Software Engineering Manager to join the Leadership team in Engineering department. You will play a key role in building and growing teams and software engineers in the development center in Alicante, Spain. In your role, you will work closely with other leaders from our development centers in Denmark, Poland, and Spain.
The Software Engineering Manager role covers people management for Developers, Testers and Scrum Masters. As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible for motivating and engaging your teams, and you are also a driving force in creating an inspiring environment with an open communication culture.

-You will have responsibility for the growth and performance of several co- or cross-located teams in the Engineering department.
-You will have people management responsibility for the engineers in the teams, coaching them to support the growth and development of their careers within Omada.
